A guy who lives in South Carolina and does some work in Michigan decided to skip a trip to a casino in our state. You probably know I am against casinos and betting. He was fortunate not to go to a Michigan casino and simply bought a Mega Millions ticket and won $2,000,000!
Mr. Buckner commented, "I live in South Carolina, but I work in Escanaba. I was trying to decide between going to the casino or buying instant tickets and ended up deciding to buy instant tickets.
