I enjoy cruising along the Huron River near Ann Arbor. Did not know about this bridge. It's referred to as a haunted bridge. Built in 1910 remains of the Wall Street bridge is under water.
The replacement bridge lasted until 1982 and was then demolished. Maiden Lane bridge is the name of the one over Huron River now. People see water currents where the old one was because of the basin but several say because it's haunted. See many photos of the bridges here.
