Animals bounce off of clear glass windows. Sometimes they damage them but most are created to handle that. A deer ran into a window past a sporting goods store at a diner.
This one was a smashing at an Irish Pub. Maybe it wanted some beer.
Birds do it also at least at my home. I've even put design stickers on them to stop the collisions. Of course it happens because it looks open.
