Age is just a number. I'm sure you have heard that before. Here's another reason why. A great-grandmother ran 78 miles. Barbara Humbert broke a world record by doing it in 24 hours.

Exercising can be a great addition, “I have a feeling of freedom when I run in the streets. I enter a form of meditation. I clear my mind.” Barbara started in her mid-forty's and has had a few injuries, “I don’t take any medication, and I kept training. You should never stop running for too long otherwise you will be demoralized.” Very inspiring, more here.
