Careful with your love for helping stray cats. A women got sued for feeding one at her home. She lives in a condo and the association is not happy, "The continued presence of the stray cats may also induce unwanted health issues to those surrounding neighbors and/or tenants and could cause unwarranted damage to the Association’s common elements."
There are rules when living in a condo. The hearing has not been scheduled but a judge has already been assigned. The lady is having a tough time with the issue, "I’m terribly surprised‚ I’ve had cats all my life, and I do it respectfully." More here.
