Kids who will be out of school due to the coronavirus pandemic can still get lunch at various locations in D.C., Maryland and Virginia. 

**UPDATE - Traveling to and from an educational institution for purposes of receiving meals or instructional materials for distance learning is permitted under stay-at-home orders.


**UPDATE - DCPS schools will be closed for students through April 24. Additional food locations will be added beginning April 1 at the following schools:

In Prince George's County, breakfast, lunch and a snack will be available weekdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. School system staff will be on hand to distribute meals in the cafeteria or parking lot depending on the weather. Students may pick up all three meals, which may include cold cereal, a sack lunch, fruit and milk, in one visit. Parents and guardians are not required to accompany students, but adults may not pick up meals for children. Student IDs are not required.

Howard County is providing free “Grab-N-Go” meals to anyone age 18 and under and/or any HCPSS student, regardless of age. Meals will be available from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., weekdays, through March 27.

**UPDATE meals will be extended through April 24, but service will not be provided on Friday, April 10 or Monday, April 13. Meals for those days will be distributed Thursday, April 9.

Curbside Pickup is available from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Those interested in picking up the meals are asked to follow the kiss and ride signage for traffic flow at the school. FCPS staff will deliver meals to children and adults while they wait in their cars in the kiss and ride line. Curbside pickup is available at:

Loudoun County Public Schools is adjusting the number of schools that are open for meals and expanding meal stops for the school bus fleet to target the areas of greatest need and best community access. Those receiving meals may take a breakfast and lunch from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the following locations:
