HBO found the perfect way to round out a celebration of Martin Luther King's life and legacy.
On Monday, Martin Luther King Day, the broadcaster released a trailer for the new documentary "We Are the Dream: The Kids of the Oakland MLK Oratorical Fest."
The documentary is described as "a portrait of passionate young people raising their voices about issues they care about – social justice, immigration and more – and of a community that celebrates them."
It follows students, ages pre-K through 12th grade, as they prepare and participate in the 40th annual Martin Luther King Oratorical Festival.
The film is directed by Emmy winner Amy Schatz and executive produced by Mahershala Ali.
It will premiere on HBO on Feb. 18 at 7 p.m.
