A win is a win.

That is the main takeaway from Tua's debut for both Hoch and Crowder today on a reaction Monday. Could Tua have looked better? Sure. But he didn't need to.

"Don't throw Tua in the fire until you need to throw Tua in the fire and there was no need to do that," said former Miami Dolphins LB Channing Crowder. "I had no problem with the approach. Once the defense and special teams started dominating the game you don't have to make your offense do anything you don't want them to do."

93 yards from your starting QB and 145 total yards of offense won't typically lead a team to victory but the stats on paper don't paint the full picture. "They really put the clamps on him because they wanted to nurse that lead and get out of there with the W," said Marc Hochman.
