Congrats New York Knicks fans. You won your first playoff game since 2013. Your series with Atlanta is now tied.
Remind everyone why you're celebrating like if you won an NBA title?
The hot sports question of the week - "is the NBA better when the Knicks are good" - was debated on the Hochman and Crowder show this week. Hoch thinks the Knicks being good is good for the league and the crowder at MSG is proof of that. Conversely, Solana has no love for Knicks fans and their antics during a first round series.
Atlanta radio host on 680 the Fan, John Michaels, is following the Hawks and Knicks first round series closely. After the Knicks won game two on Wednesday and evened the series, Michaels joined the Hochman and Crowder show to discuss that very same question.
"I think Knicks fans are idiots in general. You won game two to even a first round series and you're out there celebrating like you won an NBA championship."
Michaels doesn't think anyone cares if the Knicks are good or not anymore. "They've been bad for so long, there's been so many franchises that have passed them by … we're laughing at how pathetic they look."
