NBC 6’s Ruthie Polinsky felt the pressure in Marlin’s Manager Don Mattingly’s postgame press conference saying, “That was the most tense it has been in a room.”
The manager surprised her, she says, “Never heard Don Mattingly call people out.”
She expounds on that stating, “He called out how the team is built and if they do not hit homeruns, they are in trouble.”
Some may feel The Marlins are just accepting of their bad play but Polinsky pushes back saying, “I do not see how anyone on this staff is not angry. They are professionals.”
Canes Football is heating up with a string of blue chip commits, Polinsky says, “You want to talk about Kool-Aid I am drinking, I am drinking that Mario Cristobal Kool-Aid.
Finally, Polinsky thinks The Heat are all in on Kevin Durant saying, “You weight your costs and balances and it seems like they feel Kevin Durant is worth it.”
Ruthie Polinsky is back from Italy and is ready to cover sports nonstop.
