The 163rd Annual Woodstock Fair happening all weekend long, it’s the state's second oldest agricultural fair featuring crafts, lots of food, livestock shows, performances, rides, a Better Living Center and much more. Admission is $15 for Adults, $10 for Seniors and Active Military. Children ten and under are free! www.woodstockfair.com

There’s also fun happenings at Lime Rock Park in Lakeville through Monday. It features racing competitions, a vintage car parade and all kinds of fun for the whole family. Or there’s the Goshen Fair happening Saturday and Sunday 8am to 9pm and Monday 8am to 6pm.  Here you’ll find fun for everyone! Attendees can enjoy lots of entertainment from music to livestock shows. And check out the inaugural Connecticut River & Roots Festival happening in Windsor on Sunday from Noon to 6pm. The festival brings together roots and folk performers for a day of music, dance, culture, food, crafts, and more.  The Windsor Town Green will have Headliner Jake Blount, an award-winning interpreter of Black folk music, will join a lineup of other performers on the main stage. The Connecticut Renaissance Faire is on 8 weekends now through October 20th at the Lebanon Fair Grounds,  Fire eaters, Birds of Prey, Jousters, Comedy and Theater Troupes, Axe Throwing, Henna Tattoos, and food are just part of the fun! See, Swirl, Sniff, Sip, and Savor Sunflowers & Sunsets! Stroll through the Lyman Orchards Sunflower Maze at sunset and taste wines from three local Connecticut wineries today 5-7pm. Lake Compounce will host its first-ever drone show offering a dazzling display of more than 300 drones coming together to create unique designs highlighting beloved park staples. The drones will take the sky above the lake on Saturday and Sunday just after 8pm. Coventry Farmers’ Market takes place Sundays until October 27, 10 am to 1 pm at the grounds of the Nathan Hale Homestead located at 2299 South Street.  Each week has its own theme and sampling takes place in the tasting barn.  This week it’s Dog Days!
