In her desire to keep her part of The Hills exclusive, the singer has now purchased a $10-million home right next door. The two properties combine to give her just over an acre of land, and some speculate she may merge the two homes into one giant enclave.
Rihanna is building up quite a lavish real estate empire. She also owns a lavish estate in the Hollywood Hills, a home in her native Barbados, a condo in Los Angeles and a $5.5-milliion penthouse.
