The Hartford Yard Goats announced its 2024 promotional schedule for the home games at Dunkin’ Park and The Mike and Mary Morning Show was there for all the excitement!
The Yardgoats season just 61 days away and it is filled with lots of fun nights, fireworks shows, character appearances and giveaways. There will be Post-Game Fireworks Shows after every Saturday evening game, plus three consecutive nights, July 4-6 to celebrate Independence Day.
The Yard Goats will host Opening Night on Tuesday, April 9th vs Bowie (7:10 PM) with a Yard Goats chocolate bar giveaway.

The Hartford Yard Goats also introduced former New York Yankees Infielder Bobby Meacham as the new manager of the Yard Goats in 2024. Meacham will be joined by North Stonington resident and pitching coach Dan Meyer, hitting coach and former Yard Goats infielder Zach Osborne and returning bench coach Luis Lopez. Coy Coker will return for his second season as Athletic Trainer and Ryan Hurston returns as Physical Performance Coach. Meacham played six seasons with the Yankees from 1983-1988, primarily as a shortstop, hitting .236 with eight home runs and 114 RBI over that span. He led the American League in sacrifice hits in 1984 and 1985. Meacham becomes the fifth manager in Yard Goats history, and replaces Chris Denorfia who served as manager over the past three seasons. This will be his 34th consecutive season as a coach in MLB affiliated baseball. Welcome to Hartford Bobby and family!
Individual game tickets will go on sale for all home games tomorrow (February 9
th) at 10:00 AM. Fans can purchase tickets on the Yard Goats website yardgoatsbaseball.com, or over the phone at 860-246-4628, and tickets will be delivered digitally. Fans will also have the opportunity to purchase tickets in
person at the Click It or Ticket Box Office at Dunkin' Park.
