HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC) - Authorities say a 14-year old boy was rescued from the Pope Park Culvert tunnel.
Hartford Police Department tweeted officeres were dispatched on reports of a child stuck in fast flowing flood waters.
Hartford Fire Deparment crews rescued the boy and no injuries were reported, as officials safely rescued the youth.
