(Hartford, Conn./WTIC) - Police in Hartford have made a third arrest in connection with the killing of a man who was found in the rear of Bulkeley High School last month.
Under arrest is 27-year-old Luis Rivera.
He's charged with conspiracy in the July 11 death of 34-year-old Jorge Alicea.
Alicea was found shot to death July 11 in back of the high school, which was not in session.
Already under arrest in the case are 28-year-old Taichany Osoria, charged with conspiracy to commit murder and 23-year-old Cynthia Cruz, who faces a murder charge.
Police say the women were acquainted with the victim but haven't said yet what the relationship was between Rivera and Alicea.
