(Norwich, Conn./WTIC) - A man is under arrest in Norwich, charged in a late Monday night double stabbing at a city apartment complex.
Police say they responded to the scene at the Mohegan Commons Apartments on North Street shortly after 11:00 last night.
According to police, a man was stabbed 11 times. They way a 13-year-old was also stabbed.
Under arrest is 36-year-old Dustin Houtman of Norwich.
Police are charging him with assault, reckless endangerment, risk of injury, and disorderly conduct.
The adult male victim is in critical condition at Hartford Hospital.
The teenager was treated for minor injuries.
Detectives are still investigating and they haven't said yet what the motive for the stabbings may have been.
