(Hartford, Conn./WTIC) - Governor Ned Lamont is announcing the date for upcoming legislative special elections.
Elections for three state Senate seats--in the 3rd, 5th, and 6th districts--will be held on Tuesday, February 26.
State House elections in the 39th and 99th districts will also be held that day.
The lawmakers in those districts resigned to take positions in Lamont's administration.
All had won their reelection bids last November.
