
(New Milford, Conn./WTIC) - Fire officials continue to investigate an early morning blaze in a multi-family home in New Milford.
Police say three smoke detectors were found amid the rubble of the home on Housatonic Avenue.
Call came in just after 2:00 this morning.
When crews arrived, the house was engulfed in flames.
Authorities say a total of 11 residents lived in the home.
Two were treated at Danbury Hospital while four others were transported to New Milford Hospital.
Police say the injuries are non life-threatening and consisted of smoke inhalation and minor burns.
