BOSTON, Mass. (WTIC) - Home sales declined for the ninth straight month in Connecticut last month.
The Warren Group reports single-family home sales declined by five percent in April, compared to the same month last year.
The median sales price was unchanged at $250,000.
The real estate tracking firm finds a glut of housing has depressed the median sales price.
