(Hartford, Conn./WTIC) - An internal affairs investigation of two Hartford police supervisors is complete.
The investigation centered around Sergeant Andrew Rodney and Lieutenant Paul West.
The probe concluded that the two officers violated the code of conduct multiple times.
Rodney was accused by the department's LGBTQ liason for making multilple in appropriate comments and offensive behavior, and that the department was slow to react.
Police Chief David Rosado in a statement says Rodney and West can contest the findings of the report through a hearing process.
Further, the chief says he's confident the report demonstrates the department doesn't and won't tolerate harassment of any kind.
For his part, Rodney admitted making two specific comments but says there was never intent to offend.
