(Hartford, Conn./WTIC) - With the weather getting warmer, Hartford Police will once again be cracking down on so-called quality of life issues.
That includes those who illegally operate all-terrain vehicles on city streets.
Officers on Sunday conducted a citywide ATV enforcement operation.
They say the detail netted them four ATVs being operated illegally on city streets.
Additionally, the four drivers were cited for illegal operation and reckless driving.
Police say they conducted the detail in response to a number of complaints they'd received regarding dangerous and reckless ATV operation.
Additional operations are planned throughout the rest of the spring and summer months, according to police.
