(Hartford, Conn./WTIC) - Hartford police say the man injured Tuesday evening in a motor scooter crash has died.
It was a little after 10:00 p.m. that the 32-year-old victim from East Hartford collided with another vehicle at Hamilton Street and Hillside Avenue.
Police say the victim died this afternoon.
The man's name hasn't been released.
That stretch of Hamilton and Hillside was shut down as police conducted their investigation.
Hartford Police Lieutenant Paul Cicero says this marks the sixth motor vehicle fatality in the city this year.
He urged drivers to slow down and stay safe, and to obey all traffic signals.
