(Middletown, Conn./WTIC) - Police in Middletown report they have located a person in interest and the vehicle in a Friday hit-and-run crash that left a teenaged bicyclist injured.
Just after 6:00 Friday evening, they say a patrol officer heard what sounded like a crash at Elm and East Main Streets.
The vehicle had left the scene by the time police arrived and the victim was transported to Connecticut Children's Medical Center where he remains in stable condition.
Police say the suspect vehicle was a red or maroon Chevy Silverado, 4-door pickup truck with a male driver and female passenger.
The investigation isn continuing.
