(New Britain, Conn./WTIC) - New Britain police continue to investigate a fatal shooting in the city on Monday evening and they have released the name of the victim.
Forty-two-year-old Benjamin Morales is being sought in the death of 27-year-old Alice Marie Figueroa.
She was shot to death in a home on Elam Street. Police say the death has been ruled a homicide.
A warrant is out for Morales' arrest on murder charges. He remains at large.
Investigators say Figueroa and Morales were involved in a prior domestic relationship.
Police also say they will pursue criminal charges against anyone found to be "assisting, aiding or harboring" Morales.
