(Middletown, Conn./WTIC) - Middletown police are investigating the second fatal stabbing in two days in the city.
Officers received the call this morning to Green Street, where they found a female dead from apparent stab wounds.
Detectives say the suspect, 37-year-old William Bigaud, was seen leaving the residence.
Bigaud is a black male, six-foot-two, 275 pounds and last seen wearing a brown hat, a navy and white striped shirt khakis, and brown dress shoes.
He may be driving a 2015 Toyota Camry with a Connecticut registration of AP 18041.
They say Bigaud has ties to Meriden, New Haven, and New York City and is considered armed and dangerous.
Police say this fatal stabbing is NOT related to one that occurred in the Washington Street area on Sunday.
