(South Windsor, Conn./WTIC) - The Springfield man accused of opening fire this week at an industrial park in South Windsor is due in court today.
Police say 33-year-old Alan Rosario waived extradition Wednesday and is due in Rockville Superior Court.
Rosario became involved in a verbal argument on the phone with a co-worker who police say was also a family member of Rosario's.
Detectives say Rosario was awaiting that victim at the Edwin Road location where that person and another victim, Erik Estevez, were wounded.
Both victims were treated at and released from an area hospital.
Rosario faces charges of assault, threatening, reckless endangerment, and illegal discharge of a firearm. Bond was set at $250,000.
