WINDSOR LOCKS, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ Windsor Locks police continue to investigate a family violence homicide.
Police say a Kevin Landry, 29, of Windsor Locks, called authorities to report the murder of a his mother on John Street around 1 p.m. Officials entered the home and Barbara Landry, 60, suffering from fatal stab wounds. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Landry was arrested and charged with murder. He remains held on a $1.5 million dollar bond.
Police say the investigation remains open.
