(WTIC Radio)</strong> -\xa0 An East Hartford man is held on a million dollars bond after state police say he led them on a chase from Andover to Hartford, following a domestic dispute with a gun Wednesday night.Thirty-four-year-old Simmie Freeman allegedly fled troopers, after they located his vehicle at the Andover Plaza on Route 6. Freeman was located by state and local police in Hartford.
