NORWICH, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ State Police are investigating a Monday midday fatal tractor trailer accident on I-395 Southbound.
61-year-old Robert Neubig of Wallingford was driving an over-height tractor-trailer that struck an overpass near Exit 11 around 12:19 p.m..
The truck turned onto it side and burst into flames. The truck then fell onto its side, completely blocking the highway. The highway was closed at exit 14 for most of the day.
Another passenger in the truck was unharmed.
