Four Arrested in Waterbury

WATERBURY, CT (WTIC Radio)_ Waterbury Police arrested three men and one woman on Friday after Police stopped a stolen car that was driving on Meriden Road.

Authorities say that car was reported stolen to Waterbury Police on January 10, 2019.

While investigating the four occupants and the contents of the car, Police found a stolen 9mm handgun that had previously been reported to Connecticut Sate Police.

22-year-old James Knight was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Firearm, 1 count of Stealing a Firearm, 1 count of Weapons in a Motor Vehicle, 1 count of Illegal Sale, Delivery, Transfer of a Pistol or Revolver, 1 count Possession of Narcotics, 1 count of Larceny 2nd, 1 count of Interfering with the Police, 1 count of Possession of less than 1/2 ounce of marijuana and two outstanding warrants.

22-year-old Quesean Daniels was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Firearm, 1 count of Stealing a Firearm, 1 count of Weapons in a Motor Vehicle, 1 count of Larceny 2nd, 1 count of Interfering with the Police, and two outstanding warrants.

19-year-old Morris Holman was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Firearm, 1 count of Stealing a Firearm, 1 count of Weapons in a Motor Vehicle, 1 count of Larceny 2nd, 1 count of Interfering with the Police, and one outstanding warrant.

18-year-old Todjanae Traver was arrested and charged with 1 count of Stealing a Firearm, 1 count of Weapons in a Motor Vehicle, and 1 count of Larceny 2nd.

All four suspects are currently being held on bond.

Police are investigating.
