GROTON, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Four male students at Fitch High School in Groton have been arrested on breach of peace charges following social media posts about a planned knife fight at the school.Police say there was talk of bringing knives to school on Friday, following a previous altercation.One of the teens also sent a picture of a small knife and said he would use it if attacked by others, said police. He was also charged with second-degree threatening.None of the exchanges threatened violence toward the school or the student population at large, said police.As a precaution, police provided additional security at the school Friday and additional patrols are planned for next week.
