STAFFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - A report of an assault, and then of a kidnapping, drew state police to an address on Tetrault Road in Stafford Sunday afternoon.Around 4:30 p.m., 25-year-old Juan Serrano of Hartford broke into the home, assaulted two people-- ages 23 and 27-- and kidnapped one of them, said police.A Stafford constable located the vehicle the suspect and victim were in, said police.Serrano faces charges including third-degree assault, attempted first-degree sexual assault and second-degree kidnapping.
No serious injuries were reported.
