HARTFORD, Conn./WTIC - Police in Hartford are investigating a fatal shooting just before 3 o'clock this morning.
According to police, 23-year-old Roberto Vargas was found suffering multiple gunshot wounds to the chest in the area of 279 Farmington Avenue. He was transported to St. Francis Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Police have not indicated if they have any suspects in mind.
