WATERBURY, Conn. (WTIC Radio) --- Police say a man was injured when resisting a robbery attempt on Saturday night.
Officials say a 33-year-old Hispanic man was shot in his left arm on 1775 East Main Street. He was taken to St. Mary's Hospital for treatment of non-life threating injuries. His name has not yet been identified.
The suspect is described as a black male and was wearing a mask.
An investigation and search is on-going.
