MERIDEN, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - A man working on car was killed by the vehicle when it fell on top of him in Meriden Saturday.Police, Monday, identified the victim as Milton Rodriguez, 31.Rodriguez had the car up on a jack in order to change the tires, when the jack gave way when the vehicle rolled--- pinning him underneath at an address on Gravel Street, said police.Rodriguez was pronounced dead at a local hospital of blunt force trauma to the head and chest, according to the Chief State Medical Examiner's Office.The death has been ruled an accident.
