
(Stafford, Conn./WTIC) - State Police are charging a man after they say he pulled of an robbed robbery Tuesday at a Stafford convenience store.
It was a little before 7:00 p.m. on St. Patrick's Day that troopers say they received a call from the clerk at Sara Mini Mart.
They say the suspect, 37-year-old Daniel Kingsbury, displayed a firearm.
Troopers applied for and were granted a warrant on Kingsbury, charging him with robbery, larceny and breach of peace.
He turned himself in on Friday, according to police.
Bond was set at $75,000 for the Hampden, Massachusetts resident.
Kingsbury is due in court on Monday in Rockville.
