MIDDLETOWN, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - A Meriden man was killed in a crash on Interstate 91 in Middletown late Sunday night.
State police say Victor Moraru, 20, was operating a Honda Accord that left the northbound side of the highway near Exit 20 and slammed into a tree shortly before midnight.
Moraru was pronounced dead at the scene, said police. He was the only person in the car.
