MILFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Milford police are investigating a deadly crash involving a motor scooter and an SUV early Tuesday.
The operator of the scooter, Walter Kiernan, 22, of Milford, was pronounced dead at the scene, at the intersection of Bridgeport Avenue and Boston Post Road, said police. No one in the SUV was hurt.
The crash occurred shortly after midnight, and closed the intersection for hours as police investigated.
