(East Windsor, Conn./WTIC) - A man who was reported missing to East Windsor police Monday was found early today and is now in the hospital.
Officers say the man's girlfriend reported Monday night he'd been missing for several days and his vehicle had been found abandoned on the side of Winkler Road near a railroad crossing.
It was during that investigation that police say they found evidence of a struggle.
A search of the victim's home on Depot Street also turned up evidence of an altercation or struggle.
East Windsor and state police searched multiple scenes and later discovered the victim around 9:00 this morning suffering from multiple head injuries.
Police are continuing the investigation.
