
(Waterbury, Conn./WTIC) - Three missing children from Waterbury have been found and are safe. An Amber Alert had been issued for Dylan McGrath, age 5, Maryah Matthew, age 2, and Maddison McGrath, age 7, after their biological mother Crystal McGrath took them from a supervised visit on February 16th. The children were located in Denton, Texas.
McGrath and her boyfriend Lester Joy are in custody and are being held by the Denton County Sheriff's Office as fugitives from justice, pending their extradition to Connecticut.
The couple is facing three counts of custodial interference and three counts of risk of injury to a minor.
