(Stamford, Conn./WTIC) - Murder charges against Fotis Dulos have been dropped in connection with the presumed death of his estranged wife Jennifer Farber Dulos.
Fotis Dulos died in January following a suicide attempt.
In court today defense attorney Norm Pattis had asked the judge to go ahead with a trial in an attempt to clear his client's name.

Pattis said in court that Fotis Dulos found his wife's bloody clothing last May, panicked, and the items in Hartford.
Farber Dulos disappeared after taking her children to school last May 24.
