(Windsor Locks, Conn./WTIC) - The suspect in a fatal shooting Tuesday in Windsor Locks is being arraigned in his hospital room.
Thirty-eight-year-old Antwon Barnes, police say, is the accused triggerman in the shooting death of 35-year-old Leroy Jefferson.
Jefferson was found Tuesday outside an apartment building in town suffering from gunshot wounds.
Barnes was later arrested at the Hartford Public Safety Complex. He was hospitalized in Hartford Hospital later with an undisclosed health issue.
Windsor Locks police say he will be charged with murder, criminal attempt at murder, and larceny. His bond is $2 million.
Police say Jefferson was dating Barnes ex-girlfriend and pointed the weapon at her but it didn't fire.
