(Greenwich, Conn./WTIC) - Police in Greenwich are charging a Norwalk man after they say he sold beer to minors at an inflated price.
Police say they saw 58-year-old Miguel Castillo conduct the transaction involving a case of beer in a central Greenwich parking lot.
Castillo was working as a taxi driver, according to police.
They say their investigation determined that the teens contacted Castillo about purchasing the beer for them, after which they say the youngsters negotiated a price at twice the cost.
Castillo later delivered the case to the juveniles.
Castillo faces charges of risk of injury and illegal delivery of liquor to a minor.
He's free on bond and due in court January 20.
