(Greenwich, Conn./WTIC) - Greenwich police say a woman who was struck by a vehicle last week has now died.
Officers say 77-year-old Elizabeth Deering was hit while crossing Milbank Avenue in the area of Agnes Morley Heights in town on January 8.
She was rushed to an area hospital for treatment. Police say Deering died on Thursday.
The driver, a 43-year-old man from Rye Brook, New York did stop and remain on scene.
Police say that crash remains under invstigation.
