Plainfield, CT. WTIC 1080 News - A recently expelled juvenile student has been arrested by Plainfield Police after a threat was made on social media.
A post involved the unidentified student with a firearm. Police learned of a threat just after 7:30 on Friday morning and sent officers to Plainfield high school.
Police located the suspect off school grounds, detained him and ultimately arrested him on Breach of Peace in the 2nd Degree.
After further investigation a Willimantic judge determined there was Probable Cause and the suspect was Order Detained to the Hartford Juvenile Detention. He is scheduled for a court appearance May 21st at the Willimantic Superior Court for Juvenile Matters
