UNION, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - A Peter Pan bus driver is under arrest, accused of intentionally locking a passenger in a luggage compartment on a Boston-bound bus Sunday afternoon.The victim called state police from the luggage compartment, and troopers pulled over the bus on Interstate 84 in Union, said authorities. The 32-year-old victim declined medical treatment.Police arrested the bus driver, who happened to be a passenger on the bus at the time. Wendy Alberty, 49, is charged with unlawful restraint, reckless endangerment, and breach of peace.She's due in Rockville Superior Court August 21.
