(Groton, Conn./WTIC) - Groton City Police have arrested a man wanted in connection with a homicide just across the border in Westerly, Rhode Island.
Thirty-one-year-old Louis Seignious was captured Saturday.
Police say Seignious was hiding out in a heating duct of a building at the Branford Manor complex.
Officers say he ultimately fell through the duct and was arrested without incident.
Seignious faces charges of being a fugitive from justice, criminal mischief, and interfering with police.
He's being held on $1 million bond and is due to be arraigned in New London Superior Court
