WINDHAM, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - A toddler has serious injuries following an incident at a Windham apartment complex.
State police responded to 201 Scott Road, at the Windham Heights apartment complex shortly after 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, to find a 2 year old with serious injuries, said police.
The child was taken to Connecticut Children's Medical Center in Hartford, said police.
Police had not made any arrests as of 10 a.m.
