HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - A threat prompted a lockdown at the Sport and Medical Sciences Academy in Hartford Tuesday.
Police say a threat of firearm violence came from a person using an app.
Police descended upon the school on Huyshope Avenue around lunchtime. They asked the public to avoid the area.
No other information was immediately available.
