
NORTH STONINGTON, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ Connecticut State Police say three people were killed and three people were seriously injured in a Wednesday night wrong-way crash.
The head-on collision happened around 7:48 p.m. on I-95 Northbound between exits 93 and 92. Four people were inside a 2017 Honda Accord, and two people were inside a 2002 Mercedes-Benz CLK.
State Police confirm the identies of the three Rhode Island residents killed: 85-year-old Roger Noel; 83-year-old Dorothy Noel; and 17-year-old Abigayl Lanphear.
Three others were seriously injured.
The accident remains under investigation.
